Legal Notice and Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Owner

2. Scope

These terms apply to this site and its public pages for forms, bookings, quotes and invoices, and to the chat of letrado.eu, mobilitylaw.es, delegadoprotecciondatos.es. Each of those brands’ websites may also have its own legal texts.

3. No legal advice

The information published here and the chat replies are general and are not legal advice. Replies from the artificial intelligence assistant may contain errors.

Sending a form, booking a free appointment or writing in the chat does not in itself create a professional relationship. A paid appointment is a contract limited to that consultation (section 6). Any other engagement exists only once we have expressly accepted it, normally through an engagement letter.

4. Use of the site

You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. You may not introduce malicious code, try to access restricted areas, or send unlawful or unsolicited content. We may block access in the event of abusive use.

5. Bookings, quotes and invoices

You can change or cancel an appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Each quote states its price, the applicable taxes, its validity and its terms, and your online acceptance is recorded with the date and time. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you, including, where applicable, the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from contracts made at a distance (arts. 102 ff. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

6. Paid appointments

Who provides the service

Adan Jow Dampha, lawyer, member no. 6209 of the Colegio de Abogados de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Contact: contacto@letrado.eu. Before you pay we also give you our full address and phone number.

What it includes

A legal consultation on the matter you raise, by phone or, if you prefer, by video call, in English, on the date and time chosen when booking. We call you on the number you give us or send you the link to the video call. In the consultation you may ask us all the questions you want about that matter at no extra cost; any other work, such as drafting documents or representing you, needs a separate engagement.

Price and payment

The total price, taxes included, is shown before you pay. You pay in advance, by card through Stripe, by bank transfer or through PayPal, as offered when you book. The appointment is confirmed once we receive the payment, and we tell you so by email. If it is not paid in time, the slot is released and nothing is charged. If a transfer arrives after the slot has been released, we refund it.

Changing or cancelling the appointment

You can change or cancel the appointment at any time before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to contacto@letrado.eu.

If you cancel before it starts, or if we cancel, we refund everything you paid using the same means of payment, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days at the latest.

If you do not attend

If you have not cancelled and do not answer the call or join the video call at the agreed time, we do not refund the amount, without prejudice to your right of withdrawal while it still applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Adan Jow Dampha, contacto@letrado.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When the right of withdrawal is lost

When booking, you expressly request that the consultation takes place within the withdrawal period. You will therefore lose that right once the consultation has been fully provided (art. 103.a of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the courts with jurisdiction under the law will be competent.
